About the Role
The
Territory Manager Commercial VehicleLoans will be responsible for driving sales and managing the loan portfolio across an assigned territory. This includes achieving monthly business targets, maintaining portfolio hygiene, and ensuring profitability. The role requires proactive field engagement, cross-selling of products, and close monitoring of collections and documentation. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the bank's footprint in the construction equipment loan segment.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets across key scorecard parameters:
- Business Volume (Units/Loan Value)
- Pricing/Rate of Interest (ROI)
- Cross-sell (Insurance)
- Fee Income
- Post Disbursement Documentation (PDD)
- Collection Management
- Ensure consistent growth and profitability of the construction equipment loan portfolio.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Proactively travel across the assigned territory to drive business and customer engagement.
- Manage overall portfolio hygiene and ensure profitability through regular monitoring and corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate degree (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or portfolio management within the commercial vehicle or construction equipment loan segment.
- Experience in field operations and customer relationship management is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong sales and target achievement orientation.
- Ability to manage collections and documentation efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
