Job Title: Territory Manager (TM)

Location: City-Based Field Role for Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi

Beauty Beyond Borders (BBB) is India's exclusive distributor of globally respected luxury and dermacosmetic skincare brands including Elementary (Switzerland), La Fervance (France), Valmont (Switzerland), and Future Cosmetics (Israel). We partner with leading dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, premium hotels, and wellness centers across India, offering science-backed skincare supported by structured education and brand positioning.

Role Overview:

The Territory Manager is a frontline revenue and relationship role responsible for territory growth, clinic acquisition, and sustained order generation.

This is a field-intensive position requiring:

Disciplined daily activity

Strong product understanding

Professional engagement with dermatologists and clinic owners

Structured follow-ups and reporting

The TM represents premium, high-ticket international brands. Every interaction must reflect credibility, clarity, and confidence.

This role offers clear growth into Regional and Key Accounts Manager positions for consistent performers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Promotion & Sales Execution:

Promote and detail luxury skincare products to dermatologists, clinics, and wellness establishments.

Conduct structured scientific presentations and product positioning discussions.

Generate consistent orders through disciplined follow-ups.

Drive repeat business and improve brand penetration within assigned accounts.

Objective: Steady and predictable territory revenue growth.

2. Clinic Acquisition & Relationship Building:

Identify and onboard new dermatology clinics and premium wellness partners.

Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.

Reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts through structured engagement.

Maintain service discipline and timely communication.

Objective: Sustainable expansion of active clinic base.

3. Product Knowledge & Field Coordination:

Maintain strong knowledge of skincare science, product indications, and competitor landscape.

Support clinics with appropriate protocol positioning.

Coordinate with Trainers for demos, CMEs, and in-clinic sessions.

Represent the brand with professionalism in all field interactions.

Objective: Trusted and credible brand representation.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Capture competitor activity, pricing insights, and doctor feedback.

Identify emerging clinics and growth opportunities.

Submit structured weekly and monthly field reports.

Maintain accurate CRM entries and visit logs.

Objective: Clear market visibility and reporting discipline.

5. Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics and stockists for smooth order fulfilment.

Track sampling and demo follow-ups.

Maintain compliance with attendance and reporting processes.

Objective: No operational gaps affecting clinic satisfaction.

6. Communication & Representation Standards:

This role involves direct engagement with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and premium wellness establishments. Therefore:

Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

The candidate must be confident conducting product discussions in English.

Professional grooming, articulation, and composure are essential.

The ability to represent luxury, high-value international brands with maturity and credibility is non-negotiable.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm preferred)

Experience of 3+ Years in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or aesthetic sales preferred

Strong relationship-building ability

Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)

Professional presentation and conduct

Field-oriented and self-disciplined
