Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve business targets through the PNB branch network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to drive business.
Ensure regular training and motivation of bank staff on PNB MetLife products and sales processes.
Conduct joint customer calls with bank teams to convert leads into sales.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and policy issuance.
Monitor performance, track branch-wise achievements, and report progress.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service and support in policy servicing and claims.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 2-6 years in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Financial Services
Strong relationship-building, communication, and sales skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
