Territory Manager - Bancassurance

• Handling a team of 10-15 FOS and generating business through channel partner.
• Driving business through 20-30 PNB Branches in the Circle Responsible for targets allocated to 20-30 PNB Branches Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries.
• 6-7 years of Experience in Insurance Industry; 85% of GS and 70 % on persistency
• Skills Required:
• Team Management Skills Well groomed, should have good communication skills
• Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches
• Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.
