Territory Customer Support Engineer

Install and maintain instruments and systems in laboratory environments, ensuring proper operational functionality.

Deliver basic operational training at installation and provide effective product and customer support.

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Modifications (MODs) planning in a timely manner to avoid downtime.

Troubleshoot product issues and seek expert support when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Maintain accurate reporting of activities and ensure recommended spare parts are stocked appropriately.

Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, specifically with directly assigned accounts.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve client satisfaction.
