Territory Customer Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain laboratory diagnostic instruments and systems.
• Provide operational training to customers during product installation.
• Deliver effective product support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Modifications (MODs) on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while minimizing equipment downtime.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.
• Ensure availability and management of recommended spare parts.
• Adhere to field service policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide timely reporting of service activities.
• Travel within the territory and be available for short-notice visits when required.
