Territory Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Business Manager to handle Core Endo business across West Bengal, including Sutures and Staplers.

The role will involve developing business at the district level and Medical Colleges, with a strong focus on Government Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Core Endo products – Sutures, Staplers & Equipment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Institutions and Medical Colleges.

• Generate and utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

• Drive business development activities across districts of West Bengal.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business commitments.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Core Endo sales, particularly Sutures, Staplers and Equipment.

• Strong understanding of the West Bengal healthcare market.

• Experience dealing with Government Institutions, Medical Colleges and Tenders will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to independently manage territory-level business development.
