Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Territory Account Manager to join our team on-site at our Pune location. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will include identifying new opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and providing tailored solutions to community management challenges. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and aligning NoBrokerHood's services with their goals. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and ensure service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Problem-solving ability and experience in providing customized solutions to clients or stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS-based or property management firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with community or property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic on-site work environment.
