Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Territory Account Manager at NoBroker HR. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving territory growth, generating leads, meeting sales targets, conducting site visits, and understanding customer needs to offer tailored solutions. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and build strong partnerships to foster customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Relationship building and client management skills to maintain and foster long-term business growth
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach to business objectives
  • Experience in the real estate, PropTech, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
