Role Description This is a PART-time, on-site Terminal Operator role based in Rajkot. The Terminal Operator will be responsible for safely operating and monitoring terminal equipment, including loading and unloading materials, and ensuring smooth flow of goods within the facility. Daily tasks include handling inventory movements, operating heavy equipment and forklifts as required, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs and documentation, reporting any equipment issues or irregularities, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to support efficient terminal operations. The Terminal Operator will work closely with colleagues and management to uphold high standards of safety, reliability, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform core terminal operations, including Terminal Operations and Unloading activities, with attention to safety and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience or training in operating Heavy Equipment and Forklift Operation in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders on day-to-day operations.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations, PPE usage, and safe material-handling practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company procedures.
• Physical capability to handle manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in a terminal or warehouse setting.
• Prior experience in terminal, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and adapt to shift timings as per operational requirements.
