You own the integrity and optimization of GoTeam's internal productivity and compliance monitoring systems. You are not a passive observer of data; you are the lead analyst responsible for configuring Teramind to protect organizational standards, identifying operational bottlenecks, and converting raw platform data into high-stakes insights for leadership. You eliminate ambiguity in performance tracking by maintaining a disciplined system architecture that ensures data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

This is an internal role that exists to safeguard operational continuity and drive data-backed coaching across the organization. Best suited for IT or systems professionals who prefer hands-on ownership

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Experience in systems administration, analytics, or IT operations
• Comfortable with fully remote work and disciplined independent execution
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to convert platform data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with monitoring, compliance, or productivity platforms (Teramind experience is a plus but not required)
• Professional communication skills for reporting and stakeholder alignment
• Structured approach to documentation and process adherence
• Available for day shift (5:00 AM–2:00 PM PH Time)

Strong Signals

• Advanced certification in System Security or Data Analytics.
• Experience in an internal IT/Compliance role for a global BPO or technology-driven organization.
• Proficiency in integrating monitoring data with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for executive reporting.

Responsibility Pillars

System Architecture & Configuration

You own the technical stability and functional alignment of the Teramind platform with company policies.

• Architect and maintain Teramind configurations, including rules, alerts, and user permissions.
• Execute regular system audits to ensure the platform is capturing data accurately and ethically.
• Manage the deployment of monitoring agents and troubleshoot technical disruptions immediately.

Data Analytics & Insights

You transform raw platform outputs into decision-ready reports that guide leadership strategy.

• Design and manage automated dashboards that track productivity, compliance, and security KPIs.
• Analyze system data to identify operational risks or coaching opportunities for department heads.
• Standardize reporting cycles to ensure HR and Operations teams receive timely, validated insights.

Governance & Process Documentation

You act as the guardian of system integrity, ensuring all monitoring activities follow established SOPs.

• Document all system configurations, change logs, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to ensure platform usage remains compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Provide technical advisory to internal stakeholders on how to leverage system data for operational excellence.
