Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic, and experienced Specialist to join our EU FBA Support Operations team and contribute to our organization's transformation through AI implementation and automation initiatives. This role will support strategic change management, drive process improvement projects, helping integrate AI solutions across our operations. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, thrive in ambiguous environments, effectively collaborate with internal/external partners at all levels of the organization, and continuously develop their professional skills. This role will particularly suit someone with a strong innovative mindset, analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and solid project management skills.

Key job responsibilities
. Support implementation of Automation prototypes through data-driven analysis
. Identify and implement improvements for operational excellence
. Execute projects that deliver improvements in Seller Experience, productivity, and lowest cost-to-serve for Selling Partners and Amazon
. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and objectives.
. Build relationships with key stakeholders across global product, program and operational teams to support scalable solutions
. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate process improvements before implementation
A day in the life
A typical day for an EU FBA TEPPS Specialist will focus on executing AI implementation and automation initiatives to improve Seller Experience and reduce Cost to Serve for Sellers and for Amazon, analyzing data to drive efficiency improvements, and collaborating with global teams to enhance seller services. They'll split their time between identifying process gaps, performing UATs, implementing process improvements and supporting Automation solutions to reduce costs while improving service quality for Amazon's selling partners.
About the team
Today, over 60% of worldwide purchases on Amazon are for products from third-party businesses, mostly from Small- and Medium-sized businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25+ years.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or another technical field
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
- 1+ years of integration, testing and automation experience, or degree in advanced technology
- 1+ years of Amazon experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
- Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics
