Job Overview:
We are hiring a professional who has experience in tendering, troubleshooting, and project coordination, specifically in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) projects.
The candidate will handle project issues, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth tender preparation and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve technical and documentation issues in STP/ETP tenders and projects.
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, site teams, and management.
- Review tender documents related to STP/ETP (BOQs, drawings, technical specs).
- Track project progress, timelines, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and organize required documents for tendering and project execution.
- Assist in preparing technical & commercial proposals for water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Improve workflows and avoid repeated mistakes in tendering and project operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in STP/ETP projects (installation, commissioning, documentation, or technical review).
- 37 years of experience in STP/ETP + Tendering
- Knowledge of pumps, blowers, piping, WTP/WWTP processes, and basic engineering
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes in water/wastewater sector.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- MS Office proficiency.
