Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Murshidabad district for a Tendering Specialist. The role includes managing the end-to-end tendering process, analyzing tender requirements, and preparing high-quality proposals. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with procurement teams, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions. The Tendering Specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize tender responses while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tender Management to oversee and execute tender processes effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data for creating competitive proposals.
- Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills for preparing accurate and compelling tender documents.
- Experience in Procurement processes to manage vendor relationships and sourcing activities.
- Ability to work well under deadlines and exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems related to tendering and procurement.
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in the technology service industry is an advantage.
- Travel to other states.
- Should have knowledge of Gem and CPPP portal.
