Job Description

Tendering Specialist

Experience: 3–8 Years

Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, preparing, and submitting tenders for Infrastructure Consultancy Services projects. Manage the complete bid process, including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, technical and commercial proposals, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track tender opportunities from Government, Semi-Government, ULBs, PSUs, and private sector clients.
  • Prepare and submit EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and consultancy proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and management teams for bid preparation.
  • Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and contractual terms.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, company credentials, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage online submissions through GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
  • Maintain tender MIS, bid records, and submission trackers.
  • Support contract finalization and post-award documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes for Infrastructure Consultancy Services.
  • Experience with Government e-Tendering portals and procurement systems.
  • Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Domain Experience:

Urban Infrastructure, Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage, Roads & Highways, Smart City, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects.
