Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Jaipur. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including preparing and submitting proposals and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role involves analyzing tender documents, coordinating procurement processes, and collaborating with internal teams to develop competitive bids. Additionally, the Tendering Specialist will assist in crafting well-written proposals and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret tender documents and evaluate project requirements
• Exceptional Communication Skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Proposal Writing to create clear and competitive tender documents
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with renewable energy sector standards and practices is an advantage
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools like GeM portal, Ariba, etc for documentation and analysis
