Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves managing tender-related activities, including preparing documentation, coordinating submissions, and tracking tender status. The role includes overseeing procurement processes, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. Daily responsibilities also cover supporting sales activities, assisting in project planning and coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial interior projects. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, including experience with documentation, compliance, and submission processes.
Proficiency in Procurement, with the ability to source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships.
Experience in Sales activities, including client interactions, proposal support, and relationship management.
Solid Project Management skills for planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior fit-out or construction projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with design, execution, and finance teams, and to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in commercial interiors, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
