Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also involves engaging with procurement processes, conducting market analysis, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project bids and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements and opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the engineering consultancy or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site and meet strict timelines while maintaining accuracy
