Tendering Manager

Opening Position: Tendering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to manage end-to-end tendering activities for our EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track tenders across multiple portals (GeM, CPPP, State & Private portals)

Analyze tender documents, BOQ, and eligibility criteria

Prepare and submit technical, commercial & financial bids

Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid preparation

Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions

Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and follow-ups

Maintain records of EMDs, BGs, and tender status

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in tendering (EPC/Solar/Infrastructure preferred)

Strong knowledge of tender documentation & compliance

Experience with multiple tender portals

Good communication & coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
