Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Manager role based in Bhopal. The Tendering Manager will oversee the end-to-end tender lifecycle, including scanning opportunities, studying tender documents, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely submission in line with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs, develop competitive bid strategies, and align tender responses with IZI's product and service capabilities. The Tendering Manager will maintain tender documentation, track tender status, update management on progress, and support contract negotiations and post-award handover to project teams. Daily activities include preparing cost estimates, managing procurement-related documentation for tenders, monitoring market trends, and contributing to process improvements for higher bid success. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong tender management capabilities, including experience in end-to-end tender processes and tender preparation for institutional or government clients.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation, with the ability to work effectively with purchasing and compliance teams.
• Sales-oriented mindset with skills in bid strategy, commercial negotiation support, and alignment of tender responses with business objectives.
• Project management skills, including planning, coordination, deadline management, and structured follow-up on tender-related tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; experience in drones, technology, or industrial solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant tendering/ERP tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on-site in Bhopal, and manage multiple tenders simultaneously under time constraints.
• Familiarity with government e-procurement portals, contract terms, and basic financial concepts such as pricing, margins, and risk assessment is beneficial.
