Tendering Manager

Position : Manager (Tender & Project)

Experience Required : 5 years of Experience in grid scale renewable energy generation, transmission and distribution projects, Railways & Defense tenders and projects (3-5 Years Domains experience)

We're seeking a smart, confident, highly motivated and experienced candidate in our Growth & Management Team for our new venture GOOD ENOUGH.

Roles & Responsibilities

Tender Process:

a. Identify, analyse and prepare detailed tender documents including Costing, projections, feasibility as per technical specifications and timelines.

b. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and submission deadlines.

c. Coordinate/Liaison with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure all aspects of the tender are covered.

Project Proposal Development:

a. Lead the development of comprehensive project proposals, including objectives, scope, methodologies, and deliverables.

b. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.

c. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project proposals.

d. Present proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project value and feasibility.

Documentation and Reporting:

a. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and final project deliverables.

b. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and achievements.

Software Skills MS.Office, Government tender Portals (Bharat Tenders, NIC, GEMS, Railways, Defence etc.), Required

Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, BE/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics) is a plus.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in tender preparation and project proposal development.

Excellent Analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English language.

Strong attention to details & legality of clauses of tender documents.
