Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bharuch, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Tendering Manager (Business Development) at CE Industrial Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth through tendering. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential tenders to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tendering for Facility management, O&M, Manpower services related industry
• Strong tender hunting & legal terms of tenders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the tendering portals like GeM, E Procure etc
• Experience of minimum 3 years

Additional qualifications and certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
