Role Overview:
Seeking a Tendering Executive with strong experience in hospitality interior fit-out projects. Candidate should be capable of handling quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, vendor coordination, rate analysis, and preparation of techno-commercial submissions for large-scale interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations
- Float enquiries to vendors and subcontractors and evaluate quotations
- Prepare rate analysis and final tender submissions
- Coordinate with execution, procurement, and design teams for technical inputs
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and project risks during tender stage
- Maintain tender trackers, comparison statements, and documentation
- Support management during negotiations and post-award handover
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out industry
- Strong hospitality project exposure preferred
- Good understanding of materials, execution methods, and basic MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software/tools
- Ability to read drawings and prepare accurate BOQs independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
