Tendering Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Tendering Engineer at Positron Energy Ltd. The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and ensuring timely submission of tenders, closely coordinating with teams to gather technical and financial inputs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves analyzing tender specifications, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with clients during the tendering process to ensure accurate and effective communication. Additionally, the position requires providing support for post-tender clarification processes and assisting in project handovers.

• Proficiency in Escrow and Title Insurance processes is strongly preferred for facilitating tender and contract management efficiently.
• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating detailed tender proposals and interacting professionally with clients and teams.
• Experience in developing and delivering Training on tendering processes and ensuring teams are aligned with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the Oil & Gas or Gas sector is an advantage.
