Role Description The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting technically and commercially sound quotations and bids for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. This role involves analyzing tender documents, conducting cost estimations, coordinating with procurement and engineering teams, and sourcing vendor quotations for materials and services. The Tendering Engineer will review technical specifications, develop bid strategies, and support negotiations with clients and suppliers to optimize pricing, delivery, and contractual terms. Daily activities include documentation, data analysis, maintaining tender records, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines and improve win rates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in preparing and managing quotations, including cost estimation, bid documentation, and commercial proposal development.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for interpreting technical specifications, evaluating tender requirements, and performing data-driven cost and risk analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, liaise with clients and vendors, and present technical and commercial information clearly.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies related to tendering activities.
• Candidates should possess a background in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with the ability to understand electrical systems, drawings, and technical standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field; prior experience as a Tendering/Bidding/Proposal Engineer in engineering or construction domains is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or tender management tools; strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, handle multiple tenders simultaneously, and adhere to strict timelines and compliance requirements.
