Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and track tender opportunities with existing and prospective clients (L&T, Reliance, and similar Tier-1 developers/EPCs)
Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions, BOQ pricing, rate analysis
Coordinate rates for finishing trades (gypsum, flooring, stone, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, block work)
Review GCC/SCC on subcontracts, flagging risk clauses before agreement
Negotiate contract terms with clients/main contractors
Track bank guarantees and retention across active contracts
Advise site/billing teams on variations and extra-item claims
Report tender pipeline and contract status to Directors
