Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering and Sales Coordination role based in Jodhpur. The role involves managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating documentation and submissions. The position requires close collaboration with the sales team to track inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support conversion of leads into orders. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, coordinating with production and logistics for delivery schedules, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries. The role also includes supporting customer presentations, assisting with basic product training for clients, and preparing regular sales and tender status reports for management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients.
- Proven capabilities in Sales and Sales Management, including follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting.
- Experience in Training related to product features, usage, or basic technical aspects is an advantage.
- Attention to detail in preparing tenders, quotations, and commercial documentation, with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in industrial products, plastics, material handling, or B2B sales coordination is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
