We're looking for a Tender & Proposal Specialist to join our team and help identify relevant business opportunities, manage tender processes, and support high-quality proposal submissions.

• Research and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders & procurement opportunities

• Evaluate opportunities and assess their relevance to the business

• Review eligibility criteria, requirements, deadlines and submission guidelines

• Prepare opportunity summaries and Bid/No-Bid recommendations

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, SMEs and Management

• Support the preparation, organization and review of proposal responses

• Research prospective clients, industries and business opportunities

• Maintain RFP trackers, deadlines and submission documentation

• Ensure proposals are complete, accurate and submitted on time

• Maintain a repository of previous proposals, case studies and reusable content

0–2 years of experience in Tender Management, Bidding, Proposals, RFP/RFQ, Business Development or related areas

Good research and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Good attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Good time management and ability to work with deadlines

Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply
