Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Assist in identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and timelines.
  • Documentation & Submission: Compile technical, financial, and administrative documents required for tender submissions. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, and operations) to gather required inputs and clarify project specifications.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, client requirements, and market trends to support bid strategy.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting: Track tender submission status, maintain records, and provide regular updates to the project or sales manager.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all tender documents comply with company policies, legal standards, and client expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry best practices, tender processes, and government or private procurement guidelines.
