Job Description

Manage end-to-end e-procurement activities on platforms such as GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other relevant portals.

Handle complete tender lifecycle management, from identification of opportunities to final submission and follow-up.

Monitor and track new tender notifications, bid opportunities, and corrigenda on GeM and other procurement portals.

Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely bid management, including documentation, eligibility criteria checks, and adherence to deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for tender documentation and bid preparation.

Maintain records of all tenders, bids submitted, and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.

Handle portal registrations, updates, and compliance requirements related to e-procurement systems.

Analyze tender requirements and prepare queries/clarifications where needed.

Follow up with concerned authorities for bid status, results, and post-award processes.

Ensure compliance with all applicable government procurement rules and company policies.
