Tender Manager / Tender Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager / Tender Executive located in Kolkata. The position involves managing the entire tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents. Responsibilities include identifying potential projects, coordinating with internal teams for bid preparation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and maintaining a database of tenders. The role also requires evaluating tender results, developing strategies to enhance success rates, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in tender documentation, submission, and compliance processes
• Experience in project management and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and evaluation of tender results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
