Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager within the Solar industry, located in New Delhi. As a Tender Manager, you will oversee the tendering process for solar projects, including preparing and reviewing tender documents, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of submissions. You will collaborate with the project management teams to assess feasibility, determine competitive pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement of the tendering process will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams effectively and ensure optimal performance
• Knowledge of Power Generation and Power Plants, including processes, equipment, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
• Effective Team Leadership abilities to foster collaboration and achieve project goals
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in project management or power generation are a plus
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, especially solar energy, is advantageous
