Job Description
Tender Engineer – Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tendering and bidding for road & highway projects.
- Identify and analyse NHAI, MoRTH, PWD and government tenders.
- Review NIT, RFP, BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
- Prepare estimation, costing, BOQ and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Finance and Technical teams.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate pre-bid queries, corrigenda and e-tender submissions.
- Track tender results, negotiations and LOA/Work Orders.
- Maintain tender records and analyse competitor/market rates.
Required Skills
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering
Industry: Road Construction / Infrastructure
Tendering | Estimation & Costing | BOQ | Rate Analysis | MS Excel | E-Tendering | Contract Knowledge | Coordination
Preferred: Experience in Roads/Highways
