Location: Chennai
We are looking for a highly skilled Tender Executive with strong knowledge of tender documentation, government departments, and bidding processes.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in tender documents, official letters, and communication with government departments.
- Familiar with Govt. sectors, PSU, State & Central Government processes.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Word and GEM Portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tendering & bidding for Govt. Utilities, AAI, PSU, State/Central Govt. Departments.
- Handle online & offline tenders and the GEM portal.
- Identify relevant tenders via online portals & tender service providers.
- Review tender documents, scope of work, pre-qualification criteria, tender fees, EMD, and deadlines.
- Prepare pre-bid clarifications and submit on time.
- Analyze tenders and provide management feedback.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Maintain Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklists.
- Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
