Tender Management Associate
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end process of identifying, researching, and submitting tenders and proposals for skilling and other projects. The role involves working closely with program, finance, and leadership teams to prepare high-quality and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification & Research
• Monitor government portals, CSR platforms, donor databases, and procurement notices to identify relevant opportunities.
• Research tendering organisations, scope of work, eligibility criteria, and evaluation parameters.
• Maintain a tracker for tender deadlines, submission requirements, and bid status.
Proposal Preparation & Submission
• Draft and compile technical and financial proposals for RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proposals meet all requirements and are submitted on time.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain standard bid documents, certifications, organisation profiles, and case studies.
• Review submissions to ensure legal, financial, and technical compliance.
• Update proposal content and supporting materials periodically.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with tendering agencies for clarifications and pre-bid meetings.
• Track bid outcomes and maintain records for future reference.
• Prepare reports on tender pipeline, submission status, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience
• 2–7 years of experience in tender management, proposal writing, business development, or bid coordination.
• Experience in CSR, skilling, education, or development sectors is preferred.
Skills
• Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPP, eProcurement portals, and CSR tender platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions within deadlines.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
