Role Description

The Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for electrical infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tender opportunities, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The role involves preparing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client and statutory requirements, maintaining tender trackers, and following up on bid status and clarifications. The Tender Executive will also support cost estimation, assist in negotiations when required, and contribute to process improvements in tender management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and documentation for infrastructure, construction, or electrical projects.
• Strong skills in data analysis, cost estimation, and basic commercial understanding related to contracts and pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), document management, and online tender portals.
• Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the electrical infrastructure domain or similar industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
