Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive specializing in the solar industry. The position is based in New Delhi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, identifying relevant business opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. The role will also involve maintaining up-to-date records of tender submissions and fostering relationships with clients to secure successful deals.

• Proficiency in tender preparation, submission, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of the solar industry and relevant government regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office for document preparation and data analysis
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Experience with contractual and legal document compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
