We are hiring for a high-impact Tender role to drive bid preparation, commercial strategy and contract compliance for solar EPC tenders nationwide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tender management for Solar EPC bids: analyse RFPs, define scope, prepare technical and commercial submissions, and ensure on-time delivery of proposals.
- Prepare accurate BOQs, rate build-ups and cost estimates by consolidating inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and finance stakeholders.
- Draft and review commercial & contractual documents; assess tender terms and propose compliant commercial strategies and risk mitigation clauses.
- Manage vendor engagement: issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms to optimise bid competitiveness and margins.
- Perform value-engineering and alternative solution assessments to improve project economics while ensuring technical compliance.
- Maintain tender trackers, manage clarifications, coordinate pre-bid meetings and support post-bid negotiations to close awarded contracts.
