Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate tender opportunities relevant to the company's business

* Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bid responses

* Manage complete tender lifecycle including documentation, compliance, and submission

* Handle bidding through the GeM Portal and other government procurement portals

* Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and financial documentation

* Ensure compliance with government tender requirements and regulations

* Track tender status and manage follow-ups for clarifications and approvals

* Maintain records of all submitted tenders and related documentation

* Support management in cost estimation and bid strategy

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation

* Hands-on experience with GeM portal bidding process

* Understanding of government procurement guidelines and compliance

* Good analytical and documentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 5+ years of experience in real estate tendering or government project tendering

* Experience handling bids on GeM portal or similar government procurement platforms

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration preferred
