Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor government tenders related to outdoor advertising
- Handle complete tender process (Technical & Financial Bid submission)
- Study eligibility criteria and prepare compliance documents
- Manage EMD, Bank Guarantee, affidavits & documentation
- Coordinate with accounts, legal & management team
- Maintain tender tracker and submission records
- Liaise with government departments if required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Government Tender Handling
- Experience in Outdoor / Infrastructure / Government Projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of e-procurement and GEM portals
- Good understanding of PQ, Technical Bid & BOQ
- Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
Salary:
Negotiable + Performance Incentives
