Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tender Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Tender Executive will handle daily documentation, manage contracts and conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

• Proficiency in documentation, contract management, and tender submission
• Strong market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client coordination
• Familiarity with tender processes and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising industry or a similar domain is a plus
• Must have knowledge of GeM portal E-Precurement, Tender Bidding.
