Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive based in Bengaluru. The Tender Executive will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, completing pre-qualifications, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tender-specific requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining and organizing records, and communicating with stakeholders to facilitate the tender process effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing tender documents, including the ability to interpret technical and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Understanding of document management, compliance standards, and relevant regulations related to tenders
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Result-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in managing tenders and familiarity with industry standards
