Tender Executive
Prepare Tender Documents (manual tender documents online
tender procedure) for Pvt. Sector Government Sector and
completed successfully.
Search the online tenders on the tender portal and customer s
website. Download specific tenders.
Configure the PC set to submit the tender successfully.
Coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers.
Make the tender bids, gathered all required documents. Send
the documents in time. Follow up-to customers documents
reached or not.
To prepare and review tender document
Attending Technical Bid Opening and Price Bid Opening
Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD and PBG for related tender, final
tender documents with the checklist.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SLA's are
maintained for all processes handled.
Maintain all relevant documentation -SOPs are kept updated for
all activities done.
Have a continuous improvement mind-set; identify
improvement in day to day process.
Dealing in big tenders with large Govt establishments, PSUs,
Railways, electricity Boards leading private companies and
others.
Coordination with vendors for obtaining quotations and
negotiations.
Follow-up/interaction with customers for pre order
negotiation.
Keep record of Tender Submitted and MIS Submission to
Management.
Well versed with GeM portal, eprocurement portals.
