Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities on the GeM portal and other government platforms.
- Handle end-to-end GeM bidding process, including product listing, BOQ-based bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions.
- Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
- Experience in handling service bids such as manpower services, facility management, consultancy, logistics, or similar.
- Manage documentation such as EMD, bid bonds, technical documents, and commercial proposals.
- Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, and bid results on GeM.
- Handle post-bid activities, including order acceptance, contract execution, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement rules and GeM guidelines.
