Tender Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Tender & Proposal Management:

• Analyze client requirements from RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals ensuring compliance with specifications and client expectations.
• Handle pre-tender queries and participate in bid clarification meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of all tender documents.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams including sales, technical, legal, and finance to compile relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and partners to source required solutions or inputs.

Client Interaction:

• Present and explain proposed solutions to clients when required.
• Support client discussions during the bid evaluation process.

Knowledge Management:

• Maintain a repository of standard templates, case studies, and pricing models for quicker and efficient responses.
• Continuously update knowledge on market trends and competitor offerings.
