We are looking for an experienced Tender & Empanelment Specialist to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including empanelments, bid preparation, and submission for both government and private sector opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government and private procurement portals

* Manage empanelment processes with government departments, PSUs, and private organizations

* Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents

* Ensure timely submission of bids through portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms

* Coordinate with internal teams to gather compliance and supporting documents

* Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and follow-ups

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Tendering and Empanelments

Bachelor's degree required

Strong understanding of government procurement portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.)

Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills

Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
