This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Tender Documentation Executive. The role involves managing and preparing export documentation, developing and maintaining document records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all documentation processes. Daily tasks will also include effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and documentation workflows.

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of related compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management, with attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in the Export domain is an asset
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with tools/software for document tracking and management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
