Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tender cum Purchase Executive role based in Jaipur. The Tender cum Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end tender activities, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments for necessary technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring timely compliance with tender requirements. The role involves handling purchase requisitions, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records in line with company policies and regulatory standards. The executive will liaise with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up to resolve discrepancies in quantity, quality, or documentation. The position also includes maintaining databases of vendors and tenders, preparing periodic procurement and tender reports, and supporting audits and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchase management capabilities, including experience with Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with attention to documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and tendering authorities.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, including government or institutional tenders, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong numerical aptitude, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements in pharmaceutical procurement will be an advantage.
