Tender & Billing Executive

Benchmark Engineers & Surveyors is looking for a Tender & Billing Executive to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Searching, reviewing & filling online/offline tenders
• Preparation of quotations, offers & commercial proposals
• Invoice preparation & basic billing coordination
• Maintaining tender & client-related documentation
• Coordination with technical & accounts teams

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of tender portals (GeM, e-procurement, etc.)
• Good documentation & communication skills
• Basic understanding of billing & invoices (GST knowledge preferred)
• Relevant experience will be an advantage
