Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender/Bid Manager to join our team. This role requires a professional who can manage the complete bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission, while ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing multiple bids across diverse domains while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This is a Hybrid (Primarily Remote with occasional office/client visits as required) role for a Tender/Bid Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Helping client to register on platforms like GeM/ CPPP/ Other State & PSU tendering portals

Manage end-to-end tender/bid processes including identification, evaluation, preparation, and submission of proposals on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other tendering platforms

Draft, review, and edit high-quality bid documents and technical proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and persuasive content

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive bid submissions

Conduct extensive client interactions to understand requirements, clarify queries, and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the bidding process

Track bid timelines, milestones, and ensure timely submission of all deliverables within strict deadlines

Handle multiple bids simultaneously across different domains and industries for different clients

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bid activities and outcomes

Stay updated on tender processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in GeM and other portal registration, Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and managing the overall lifecycle of tender submissions.
  • Experience in Bid Writing and Proposal Management, with an emphasis on clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Experience with AI-based or automation tools in tendering is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF tools)
  • Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
